Diaspora Engagement: He joined the Diaspora Affairs Office, Office of the President team and is dedicated towards global diaspora interconnectedness, the diaspora national service program, the Diaspora Engagement Policy implementation and ensuring that technology, innovation and digital mechanisms are leveraged to successfully bridge diasporas groups with each other and with the Ghanaian society He is passionate about building for the future and ensuring Diaspora are pivotal to the development in advancing the nation.

Education and Background

Einstein Ntim served as the Chair of Global Startup Ecosystem (GSE) accelerating people and organizations into a digital age. GSE up-skills and educates thousands of people, culminating as the fastest growing community of tech moguls, politicians and business leaders to build the talent workforce of the future. He is also Partner at the Africa Future Fund investing in initiatives across Africa and the Diaspora that leverage advancing exponential technologies to “leap frog” Africa’s innovative future. Einstein provides access to tech & capital experts and speaks on topics covering entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, space technology, exponential technologies, mental health and emerging markets. As part of GSE he also launched the largest series of tech summits across emerging markets: Space Tech Summit, Blockchain, AI, Ghana Tech Summit, Haiti Tech Summit, Africa Future Summit & Tour.

As a serial entrepreneur, Einstein founded a mental health facility in London and two health care startups – Enabled AI (The AI Mental Health App for Carers and Healthcare Professionals) and Bloomer Tech (which embeds IOT sensors into bras to tackle cardiovascular disease).

In Silicon Valley, Einstein worked on connecting startups venture capital networks that target entrepreneurs from emerging markets. As an influencer within startup networks, Einstein sits on Singularity University’s Advisory Board, Open University Strategic Advisory Board, is a Windsor Scholar, and a Ghana’s Future Leaders U30, FT top 100 Most Influential BAMA Leaders, and a UK Powerlister “30 Titans of Tech”.

Einstein has had a diverse career in capital markets (UBS, Statestreet, Deutsche Bank), authorship (A New Way), Educator (Methodist Church) and professional sports (Harlequins & England Rugby). He has conducted business across Europe, China, India, Latin America and Africa for supranational companies. Einstein is a Whitgift Scholar who studied Economics & Policy at the LSE, Chinese Languages and Philosophy at Nanjing University, Theology at the Methodist Church Britain, and acted as British Council GenUK in India and China.
